The Boyer Auto Group is looking for a driven Financial Services Manager (F&I Manager). As a Finance Manager, you will need to understand and be able to promote products and services confidently, while also having an understanding of credit bureaus, debt servicing and submitting files to financial institutions.

What You'll Be Doing in This Role:

Working directly with customers to explain and recommend financing options, extended warranties, aftermarket products and other options
Finding competitive rates to encourage customers to purchase vehicles
Processing applications for vehicle financing and helping customers get approved
Verifying that all paperwork is completed correctly and filed properly
Seeking out new programs that benefit customers and encourage them to buy
Ensuring compliance by following all regulations set out by the Dealer, Province, and OMVIC.
Training the sales team on available financing and products to ensure they promote them to customers
Creating material and promotions to help promote products and services to customers
