Job Summary:

We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven Surgical Sales Manager with at least 5 years of experience in managing leading a team of selling spinal surgical/medical equipment to join our team. The Sales Manager will oversee business operations, manage performance, and drive results. This role presents an exciting opportunity for individuals with a sales background and a keen interest in the medical field, particularly in the realm of spinal surgery equipment sales.

Duties:

  • Lead the supervision, development, and nurturing of relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and hospitals, with a specific focus on those involved in spinal surgery.
  • Conduct comprehensive product presentations and hands-on demonstrations of spinal surgery equipment for potential customers, highlighting unique features and benefits.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities within the spinal surgery equipment sector to identify new business opportunities and develop growth strategies.
  • Skillfully negotiate contracts and pricing terms with customers, ensuring favorable outcomes while aligning with company policies and profitability objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and technical issues related to spinal surgery equipment.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales support and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences and achieve sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in spinal surgery equipment, continuously expanding knowledge and expertise in the field.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on selling spinal surgery equipment or related medical devices.
  • 5+ years of strong management skills, demonstrated through the ability to cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with medical professionals and institutions.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities, enabling effective prioritization of tasks and management of sales activities within the spinal surgery equipment market.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effectively conveying technical information and building rapport with customers.
  • Proficiency in analyzing market data and identifying trends specific to the spinal surgery equipment industry.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license, with willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
