The Role: As the General Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind our dealership, steering our sales (and supporting service and parts teams) towards unparalleled success. Your responsibilities will extend beyond mere management; you will be a visionary; creating and implementing strategies that foster growth, efficiency, and an exceptional brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide inspirational leadership to the management staff within the sales department.
  • Formulate and execute comprehensive strategies that drive dealership
  • Foster a culture of development, ensuring our team is equipped with the skills and motivation to
  • Guarantee profitability by implementing effective sales tactics, focusing on guest retention and optimizing operational sales efficiency.
  • Oversee both New and Used Sales, and Financial Services ensuring a seamless and superior buying and ownership experience for our guests.
  • Manage sales personnel adeptly, ensuring that team targets are met
  • Maintain a deep understanding of market dynamics, sales department financials, and customer needs to ensure our dealership is a step ahead.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A proven trailblazer with experience managing sales teams. Experience in managing both Variable and Fixed is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead with confidence, making decisions that drive growth and ensure team development.
  • A strong grasp of sales metrics, market trends, and financial
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a talent for nurturing long-term customer relationships and fostering a team-oriented environment.
  • An unwavering commitment to upholding the brand’s reputation
