Job Description
Norris Conference Centers – Austin is seeking to hire an experienced sales manager –some outside sales experience is a must. The successful candidate must have the ability to communicate a proven track record with 4-5 years of sales experience. Experience must include the ability to close opportunities and create new business opportunities via proactive sales efforts.
The success of this position is based on achieving the venue's financial objectives (sales budget) via actions, including, but not limited to:
Qualifying and obtaining signed contracts for new clients/businesses who call on Norris Conference Centers & the Red Oak Ballroom.
The winning candidate must be skilled in identifying, qualifying, and obtaining signed contracts for new clients/businesses via proactive sales efforts.
Prior experience in hospitality sales is not required, but helpful.
College degree preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
