Position Summary:
The Vice President of Sales for Prosegur USA will lead, oversee, and drive the company's local sales strategy and execution across the United States. This role is integral to expanding Prosegur’s market presence and will focus on achieving sales targets through a blend of strong leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on mentorship. The VP of Sales will prioritize providing an optimal sales experience to clients, ensuring they receive tailored, value-driven solutions and seamless interactions throughout the sales process. Key components of the role include coaching, mentoring, and developing a team of local sales professionals and possessing a high level of pricing acumen to support revenue growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership & Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives, focusing on new business acquisition and market expansion across various industries and sectors in the US.
- Team Development: Actively coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence. Instill best practices to elevate client interactions and satisfaction.
- Optimal Sales Experience: Design and promote a customer-centric sales experience, ensuring each client encounter is responsive, professional, and aligned with their specific needs. Monitor client feedback and collaborate with teams to continuously improve the client journey and experience with Prosegur.
- Sales Training & Enablement: Create and oversee training programs to ensure all team members are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and tools to deliver an optimal sales experience. Drive a continuous improvement approach to sales methodologies, customer engagement, and market positioning.
- Pricing & Profitability: Utilize pricing acumen to develop competitive pricing strategies that maximize revenue while ensuring profitability. Work with finance and operations to set and adjust pricing models based on market trends, client needs, and company objectives.
- Client Relationship Management: Engage with key clients and prospects, understanding their business needs and positioning Prosegur’s Hybrid Security solutions to align with their goals.
- Market Insights: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation. Communicate insights to executive leadership to inform strategy and product/service offerings.
- Reporting & Performance Analysis: Track sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and provide actionable insights to improve sales strategies and outcomes. Forecast revenue and adjust strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of holistic Security Solutions to guide impactful coaching
- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, ideally within security or a related B2B service industry.
- Proven track record of developing high-performance sales teams with a focus on mentorship, growth, and collaboration.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and delivering an optimal sales experience, with a client-first approach.
- Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for pricing strategy and profitability analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as needed to support team development and client engagement across the US.
