You should have an entrepreneur spirit and the drive to build something no matter what it takes.This position will be for our Haven Home location in Kingston and our Home Aire Care location in Trenton.
As a Sales Manager, you will have full accountability for your team of Outside Sales Advisers which includes the following responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, direct and provide leadership to achieve the short and long term business growth and retention objectives
- Daily development the team through coaching, training & accountability
- Daily improvements of your teams KPI’s
- Provide sales functional leadership and expertise
- Assisting in selecting, training and developing high caliber sales professionals
- Minimum of 5 years of B2C sales management experience
- Experience in developing and carrying out business plans, sales plans, and commission programs
- Above average interpersonal skills, presentation and communication skills
- Effective time management, organizational abilities
- Experience coaching and motivating others
- On target six-figure earnings, through Competitive Pay and Bonus structures
