What our Junior Sales Consultant will be doing:

Bridge the gap between our clients and customers through dynamic product demonstrations and strategic brand promotion to drive sales targets
Work one-on-one with customers in designated territories to craft sales contracts, skillfully negotiate renewals, and promote upselling opportunities for products and services
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify prospective customers, emerging trends, and consumer needs
Manage prospects, document customer interactions, and streamline transactions through our sales database
Provide tailored solutions to customer inquiries or complaints in a warm professional manner

What we are looking for in a Junior Sales Consultant:

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience as a Sales Associate or Customer Service Representative is preferred but not required
Basic understanding of CRM practices and sales cycles
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
A self-starter who is committed to driving sales and delivering unmatched customer service
An empathetic approach and the ability to put oneself into the consumer’s shoes
