POSITION OVERVIEW

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead efforts to surpass sales targets and achieve move-in goals by implementing effective lead generation strategies and optimizing conversion rates.
- Develop and implement a data-driven sales and marketing plan that addresses community needs, targets growth opportunities, and drives measurable results.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales activity benchmarks, including daily prospect outreach, weekly video follow-ups, and regular referral partner visits to drive lead generation and sales conversions.
- Respond to all prospect inquiries within 30 minutes, ensuring timely and effective communication to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Cultivate strong relationships with prospects through effective discovery, strategic closing techniques, and personalized follow-up to address individual needs and drive successful sales outcomes.
- Manage the daily tour path to ensure a flawless first impression for all prospective residents and community partners.
- Maintain and update the lead database daily, ensuring all prospect interactions, follow-ups, and referral partner communications are accurately recorded and managed.
- Leverage sales tools and best practices to achieve or exceed bi-annual mystery shop score targets, ensuring high standards of sales performance and customer service.
- Manage the marketing budget to ensure alignment with forecasts and optimize spend for maximum return on investment.
- Perform bi-annual competitive market analyses to gather insights on competitors and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the senior living market.
- Prepare for and actively participate in regular sales calls with the home office team to share updates, discuss strategies, and align on community sales objectives.
- Submit detailed and timely creative and collateral requests via Zendesk to support community marketing initiatives and meet sales objectives.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support overall sales objectives and contribute to community success.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
· Minimum of 2 years outbound sales experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
· Ability to work extended and weekend hours on occasion to support sales goals.
· Ability to travel to home office for onboarding and annual sales meeting.
· Experience with state and federal guidelines for assisted living and dementia.
· Knowledge of HIPAA requirements.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Experience in outside B2B sales preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $68,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
