Description:

The Inside Sales Rep is responsible for generating new business from previous, existing, and new commercial customers, proposal generation, sales reporting, and other duties as assigned. A general understanding of (or willingness to learn about) commercial inside grease trap cleaning and grease removal is necessary.


The successful Inside Sales Rep will be:

  • Responsible for working closely with Wind River Environmental customers and the Inside Sales Group to resolve customer issues
  • Highly organized and must have strong aptitude to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • A problem-solver with the desire to think quickly and effectively to resolve issues
  • Willing to learn the business and contribute to the growth of the company
  • A self-starter who can work without close supervision

Requirements:

  • Clear verbal communication skills and excellent telephone presence
  • Ability to speak, cooperate and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers and management
  • Ability to work independently and manage pressure to meet deadlines and established goals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, Word
  • Ability to perform basic math functions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent Customer Service attitude and passion for customer service
  • Enjoys working in a collaborative team manner with different functional groups
  • Attention to detail and ability to analyze data for decision making
