We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team and lead the SALES efforts to grow our existing customers and bring in new accounts.
If you are an energetic, goal-driven, and a “hunter” for new business with excellent communication skills, this role is for you. The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter dedicated to significant sales growth with emphasis on developing new business.
This position will report to the Vice President of Sales and will be responsible for Business Development with new corporate entities. This position will identify new potential customers that fit the company profile, engage decision makers, and then close sales with TalentLogistiX as the approved Workforce Business Solutions partner.
Core Responsibilities:
- Identify prospects through in-person cold calling, LeadGen, marketing and lead follow-up.
- Engage prospects via phone, in person and through periodic association events.
- Navigate through corporate entities with the goal of reaching decision makers.
- Listen to the need and then provide the solution to meet that need.
- Consultatively sell to build strong relationships.
- Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction through account management responsibilities.
- Consistently build the sales pipeline to meet revenue and profit objectives.
- Develop territory sales plans to meet KPI’s and corporate goals.
- Coordinate and facilitate regular client meetings.
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Skills
- Aggressively pursue & prospect new business while effectively collaborating, networking, and building long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders
- Expand and retain existing customer base, while increasing profitability and customer spend.
- Provide strategic & consultative support to customers to meet client demand.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and overall communication skills
- Knowledge of current market conditions and competitive trends to drive dynamic strategies and strong partnerships.
- Quote business to meet profitability goals selling service over price.
- This is a hunter only role, supported by an entire operations team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of sales experience within the staffing industry, in a B2B or outside sales capacity.
- Proven ability to manage entire sales process from prospecting through close.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Assertiveness and confidence.
- Goal-driven with ability to work under pressure.
- Servant spirit with a measured dose of humility
