Job Description

Join Evergreen as our Director of Sales in Seattle, WA, where you'll spearhead our marketing and sales operations, driving growth and innovation for our dynamic teams. Your role will involve crafting and executing strategies to expand membership, boost engagement, optimize campaigns, and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the growth and development of our sales and marketing teams.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance membership, engagement, and marketing campaigns.
  • Identify new business opportunities, build key relationships, and devise revenue-increasing strategies.
  • Ensure brand integrity and ambassadorship to captivate our target audience.
  • Manage marketing plans, lead generation, and external vendors.
  • Track and report on sales marketing campaigns.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor our Marketing & Sales Teams.
  • Actively manage sales rep performance and adherence to processes.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on marketing and sales best practices.
  • Analyze sales forecasts and develop competitive strategies.
  • Oversee lead generation, campaigns, and sales initiatives.
  • Utilize analytics for tracking and reporting.
  • Participate in leadership activities and strategic planning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
