In this role, you will embark on a comprehensive learning journey, mastering the skills required to build strong customer relationships, enhance team collaboration, and effectively promote our clients' newest products. Through hands-on product demonstrations in retail settings, you’ll engage customers and help them experience our clients’ offerings firsthand, driving sales and exceeding business targets. Entry Level Management Responsibilities:
- Participate in hands-on training in retail stores, directly engaging with customers and presenting client products/services
- Assist customers with any questions or concerns they may have regarding products, services, or pricing
- Master the features and benefits of our offerings, ensuring professional representation of our clients to prospective customers
- Work closely with the management team to learn how to interview, train, and mentor new team members
- Gain expertise in lead generation through sales efforts within retail settings
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere, supporting a healthy and dynamic work environment
Entry Level Management Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in sales, management, account management or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills: ability to engage customers in conversation, actively listen, and address their inquiries effectively
- Problem-solving skills: capacity to navigate challenging situations, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues on the spot
- Consistent professionalism, demonstrating respect and transparency when interacting with both customers and clients
- Reliable transportation

Pay: $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
