Job Description
Since 1987, Pavigres Ceramiques has been an importer, distributor and retailer of quality European ceramic tiles and natural stone. As a family business, Pavigres offers an array of world class products, including kitchen and bathroom fixtures and accessories. We are presently seeking a retail sales consultant for our showroom with the following profile:
Responsibilities:
- Accommodate, inform and support in store clients on behalf of their design needs
- Prepare and complete related showroom orders and communicate with the Order Desk as required
- Provide professional customer service to all customers
- Resolve customer complaints
- Maintain showroom order and ensure that showroom meets company standards
- Other tasks may vary
Key Requirements
- Minimum High School Diploma required
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a sales consultant (flooring industry is a plus)
- Ability to surpass sales targets
- Bilingual (French/English)
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Strong computer skills (MS Office); Surfagest (asset)
- Creative and interest in home fashion or interior design
- Outgoing and engaging personality
- Good interpersonal skills and positive attitude
- Self-motivated and able to work as a team
