My paint & Decor is growing! With this expansion we need the best talent in the market to join our dynamic team and help add to our company. We are looking for a Blinds Manager/ In Home Sales Consultant- Window Coverings. This individual is the front-line person responsible for bonding with the client, understanding their needs, and helping solve their window decorating issues. Experience with window treatments is a must. Design experience preferably.

Responsibilities :

· Measure dimensions and assess client’s space and decor to offer the appropriate type of window coverings

· Make phone calls, setup and schedule in home visits

· Develop proposals/quotes for clients

· Give advice to clients in terms of operation of products, IE Automation or cordless features

· Invoice completed jobs

· Place all orders and follow up with clients

· Work closely with installer(s)

· Keep both stores current with all in store displays and promotions

Qualifications :

· Must like customer service or helping people

· Creative and interest in home fashion and/or decorating

· Valid driver’s license & Clean driving abstract

· Experience in window coverings or decor/design is an asset.

· Able to read a measuring tape

· Comfortable with heights
