Job Description

• Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and ensuring a deep understanding of their organizational culture.
• Draft compelling and accurate job descriptions to attract qualified candidates.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment advertising strategies across multiple platforms.
• Proactively build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future job opportunities.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to anticipate talent needs.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Gather feedback from both candidates and clients to continually refine the recruitment process.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in our applicant tracking system.
• Perform inside sales calls to attract new clientele

• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in the staffing industry
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
