BoaVida Homes is a dynamic manufactured home dealership that operates in over 25 states set up to fill vacant spaces in communities it has partnered with. BVH adds value by designing, installing, and selling homes, allowing people to achieve the dream of home ownership through an affordable and turnkey experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

*Coordinate between sales director and escrow team to ensure home titling is made available by or before close of escrow

*General administrative tasks including calendaring, mail, prepping documents for signatures, filing, data entry, etc.

*Inventory and Title Assistance – titling and tracking of dealership owned manufactured homes/vehicles

*Check Requests

*Data Entry - Spreadsheets, Rent Manager

*Prepare documents for signature

*Inventory Reports and updates

*Sales Document Review/Upload (would like to set up Docusign etc to streamline)

*Title recapture

*Assist with Property Taxes

*Assist with new Acquisitions (titles, loans, insurance, etc.)

*Assist with commercial loan processing as it relates to title

*Assist with insurance as it relates to ownership verification via title certificate of ownership

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

· Minimum 2 year of experience in admin/clerical work. Marketing experience is a plus.

· Knowledge of Craigslist, Facebook, and posting sales ads.

Intermediate to advanced Excel skillset, including ability to create pivot tables, vlookup, xlookup, index, etc.

· Individual must be a self-starter and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision, completing tasks in a timely manner.

· Individual must be outgoing, collaborative, and have the ability to bring new ideas to the team.

· Must be able to pass background check and substance screening.
