Responsibilities:

  • Shift: Full Time, 1st shift (Monday-Friday, must be flexible for early calls and weekends if necessary)

Position Responsibilities:
  • The Sales Manager is accountable for increasing sales/profitability through effective management of the sales organization
  • As a Sales Manager, you will supervise assigned staff to include interview, hire, train, coach and termination while creating effective incentive plans
  • You will handle retail customer complaints in a timely courteous manner and communicate all company related issues
  • You will ensure company sales and distribution goals are met by developing and submitting daily, weekly, and monthly sales plans to manage Point Of Sale execution
  • You will ride with sales and management team as needed to complete evaluations and manage and adjust route assignments
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 6 plus years of sales or related experience and 3 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma with 9 plus years of specific experience and 4 plus years of management experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Master’s Degree
