Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
- Conduct regular policy reviews and risk assessments to identify opportunities for coverage improvements and cost savings.
- Collaborate with underwriters and other internal teams to ensure timely and accurate policy issuance and claims processing.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide clients with informed recommendations.
- Prepare and present insurance proposals, renewal quotes, and coverage options to clients.
- Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management on key metrics and client feedback.
- Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive client experience.
- Assist in the development of marketing strategies to attract new clients and expand the existing client base.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in insurance account management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficient in using insurance software and CRM systems.
- Relevant insurance licenses (e.g., property and casualty) preferred.
