INSIDE SALES / CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (OFFICE)

Richmond, VA area

Summary: Inside Sales / Office Customer Service Representative to learn wood flooring and related products and interact with customers over the phone, in person, and/or via email maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls regarding orders, service questions and general client concerns.

- Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers and work to establish a positive rapport with every caller.

- Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge.

- Follow up quotes with customers, making sure orders are entered correctly on the computer.

- Delivery Scheduling

- Assist in warehouse duties

- Perform local deliveries as needed (must have a clean driving record).

Job Type: Full-time – the position is in-person, no remote option

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour (payday is bi-weekly)

• Forklift/warehouse operations
