Sales Coordinator

Function Overview: The Sales Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations and communication within the department and with other areas of the company.

This position involves a blend of administrative duties, customer service, and coordination between departments to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

- Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks, including but not limited to processing orders, reviewing quotes, checking drawings, and preparing sales reports.

- Coordinate and manage customer accounts, including order entry, tracking, and follow-up to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Prepare and distribute sales materials, proposals, and contracts, supporting Sales Reps and Managers

- Customer Service: Serve as support point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

- Provide product information, pricing details, and order status updates to customers.

- Handle customer feedback and provide appropriate solutions, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Coordination and Communication:

- Liaise with production, shipping & receiving, and finance departments to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. Pushing orders through Drawings approvals between the departments.

- Maintain regular communication with the sales team to provide updates on orders, customer feedback, and sales performance.

Sales Administration:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the Sales Tracker document.

- Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency.

- Participate in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English. French is also considered an asset.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Experience in inside sales and technical sales
  • Ability to use CRM and Schedule software effectively
  • Business development and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with B2B sales and technology sales
  • Negotiation skills and marketing knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
