The Account Manager is responsible for collecting the store's revenue by managing customer agreements. Account management is more than simply collecting payments, it is problem solving on behalf of the customer. Assisting the customer to ownership is the goal. We strive to be our customer's tire/wheel provider for life by building lasting relationships with those we SERVE.
The Account manager position is part of the store leadership team along with the Sales Manager and General Manager, and is responsible and accountable for the activities and results of their department.
Account Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Hold daily strategy meetings to set the day's activities into motion
- Make daily outbound calls to achieve contact with any non-renewed customers
- Ability to communicate effectively with others
- Align customer due dates with customer pay dates
- Strategic geographical field visiting for resolution on expired agreements
- Ability to perform de-installation of wheels from a vehicle
- Positive attitude and motivated ability to self-start and take ownership
- Any other tasks as assigned by leadership
**To be clear, the better we communicate on the phones and manage the accounts for the store, the less time we have to spend in the field. It is all about managing the relationships we have with our customers. The account manager will perform field visits to customers that have expired rental agreements to re-establish communication and/or return the rental merchandise.
We offer competitive pay commensurate with experience, bonus programs, and benefits packages. We are always CLOSED ON SUNDAY! Team members will have a day off during the week (TUE/WED/THU) along with Sunday. *Our business winds up toward the weekend and Saturdays are a non-negotiable part of our schedule.
Requirements:
Valid State Driver License with a clean driving history
Potential candidates must to submit to standard background check as well as pre-employment drug screening.
