Job Title: Customer Sales Account Manager (Aerospace/Fasteners)
Location: Vaughan, ON (3 days in-office, 2 days remote, with Wednesdays in-office)
Work Hours: Flexible, hybrid schedule

Position Overview
The Customer Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing and servicing customer accounts by ensuring the smooth flow of information into company systems, visiting clients, and understanding their needs. This role involves a combination of inside sales duties, customer relationship management, and business development to help grow and expand sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Inside Sales and Order Management:
- Handle quoting, contract review, and order processing as needed.
- Ensure quotes are competitive, accurate, and completed on time while following all bid review procedures.
- Customer Account Management:
- Take ownership of specific customer accounts, particularly mature accounts transitioning from the Business Development Manager.
- Travel to customer sites and attend trade shows as needed to foster relationships and understand client requirements.
- Business Development and Expansion:
- Work with the sales team to identify new opportunities, develop new product lines, and gain approvals to grow business within existing and potential new accounts.
- Partner with Business Development Managers to bring in new customers and transition them into active accounts.
- Market and Product Knowledge:
- Develop a strong understanding of the Engine MRO aftermarket and the company’s core product offerings.
- Identify opportunities to expand product offerings to current customers and assist in the bid preparation process.
- Inventory and Documentation Support:
- Analyze and find ways to move obsolete inventory and manage stock as needed.
- Assist with expediting and resolving documentation issues with vendors.
- Support internal audits and other administrative processes as required.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Address customer queries or complaints, ensuring mutually beneficial resolutions.
- Review customer consumption and forecasting reports.
- Collaborate with purchasing to assess items for stocking when appropriate.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain records of customer calls and visits, capturing key discussions and decisions.
- Generate regular reports to track sales activities and customer engagement.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience:
- Experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in an office setting.
- Knowledge of the aerospace industry is a plus.
- Proven track record of growing accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
- Education:
- High school diploma required; a post-secondary degree is preferred.
- Basic technical understanding of fasteners is advantageous.
- Skills and Tools:
- Proficiency with CRM tools.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

Pay: $75,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
