Job Overview:

As an Inside Phone Sales Closer, your primary responsibility is to convert leads into clients through effective phone-based sales techniques. You will be engaging with potential sellers, building rapport, understanding their needs, and persuasively closing deals over the phone. This role requires exceptional skills. communication skills, ability to adapt fast, thrive for success and a passion for real estate.

**This is an in-office position/ Inside Sales Position***

You must be a team player with strong phone, verbal, written, and organizational skills. Along with the ability to build rapport quickly and overcome objections. We are looking for someone that wants to be part of something great and grow with us, if you change jobs frequently... this isn't for you

Compensation:

Base salary + Commission + Bonus = $70,000 - $100,000

Responsibilities:

  • Make Outbound calls to qualified leads looking to sell their home ( No Cold calling Fresh leads provided daily)
  • Learn and understand real estate terms, values, contracts, repairs and more.
  • Willing to learn new things quickly and multi-task.
  • Must be able to manage leads and follow up with prospects using CRM software
  • Must be a team player.
  • Love helping people and am great at building rapport.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Show initiative in everything you do and have a great mindset / attitude.
  • Submit performance, hit daily KPI’s
