Pro-Line Construction Materials Ltd. is a leading Roofing, Insulation and Waterproofing Distribution Company based in Surrey British Columbia. We are comprised of a very hard-working and dedicated team of individuals across 10 branches in both British Columbia, Alberta, and Winnipeg with strong aspirations of growth in the future.

We are currently looking for an Experienced Sales person to join our team. The ideal applicant would have experience in the above core construction disciplines as well strive to provide exceptional customer service.

The Sales person is responsible for assigned accounts and developing new sales opportunities for Pro-Line Construction Materials Ltd. Reporting directly to the General Sales Manager, specific duties of the Sales Person include:

Must have a thorough knowledge of company polices, inventory, special order procedures and pricing policies.
Have a solution selling mindset and collaborate with the Inside Sales/Operations team
Be aware of all projected and planned building that is happening within the company trading area through existing customers, cold calls with contractors/builders and general contractors.
Have knowledge of the building code and keep updated on changes that may affect the products and services that the company provides.
Be aware of the competitions products, systems, pricing and activities within the company trading area.
Assist customers and contractors, providing design support and product support.
Handle customer complaints towards a satisfactory resolution for the customer and company.
Obtain bid opportunities and develop quotes based on company pricing policy as established and approved by the General Sales Manager
Be familiar with the company credit policy and support the Credit department when required.
Assume other duties as assigned by the General Sales Manager.
