Applications Engineer

Actalent is actively seeking a Sales Application Engineer. This person will be responsible for providing assistance to representatives and customers by providing product knowledge and pricing assistance and assisting the Sales Leader with product promotion and introduction of product to new and existing representatives and customers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering discipline or Technical related field.
• Experience working in a customer facing position.
• Strong ability to relate to people at all levels, communicating both on a technical and non-technical basis.
• Outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate to advance proficiency level using MS Office Suite.
• Must be willing and able to travel up to 10%.

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in the HVAC industry (defined as having detailed product knowledge or the ability to demonstrate the application of products).
