Job Description

A packing & containers company is seeking to hire a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Associate. This is a customer service role that will work closely with the sales and inventory team to make sure there is products available to be sold. The ideal candidate has 2 or more years of related experience (preferably in a distribution or manufacturing environment) and has a background in customer service.

Duties:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data related to sales, customer behavior, and operational performance
- Utilize tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Visio to create visualizations and reports that provide insights into business operations
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process optimization
- Support project management initiatives by assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects
- Assist in forecasting and demand planning activities to ensure optimal inventory levels
- Conduct business analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions
- Provide support in maintaining and updating Salesforce CRM system

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools
- Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
