POSITION OVERVIEW
Position Scope and Responsibilities
· To support the Director of Account Management with customer sales and production orders, shipping releases and general account maintenance.
· Communicate with sales account executives, production and non-production, department heads, managers, supervisors and potentially the customer
· Work in a partnership with customers/prospects and sales account executives about maintenance and development of customer accounts
· Update master data file as needed
· Responsible for creating documentation for and highlight FSC and SFI orders working with the FSC and SFI Coordinator.
· Foster ideas for process and systems improvements and automation of manual workflows
· Manage smaller projects internally

· Experience working in a manufacturing environment a plus, but not a must.
· Knowledge of supply chain drivers and inventory planning concepts desirable but not a must.
· Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma a plus.
· PMP or equivalent project certification a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
