Job Description
Marrow Detroit Provisions is a brand of chef-crafted meat products dedicated to local and ethical sourcing. The Sales Account and Marketing Manager is a critical part of the Marrow Detroit Provisions team and growth objectives. This role will be responsible for building relationships with accounts and increasing in-store sales through marketing initiatives.
- Sales Account Management
- Proactively connect with all accounts weekly to acquire and administer orders using inventory management software.
- Meet or exceed all sales goals by implementing marketing strategies to increase velocity in store. Create customized solutions for in-store performance
- Collaborate with Operations Manager on inventory and logistics using MDP sales systems to communicate demand and track profitability
- Collaborate with the Retail Manager to discuss high inventory levels to target weekly direct wholesale sales, and coordinate production needs for fulfillment
- Coordinate third-party logistics delivery of products to customers
- Visit customers to ensure that products are priced correctly, and merchandised effectively, and discuss any opportunities for increased visibility and performance
- Track and maintain accounts receivables
- Connect with retail accounts, to create and provide promotional opportunities including shelf talkers and signage, ensuring photo assets are available for online sales, requesting social media posting, coordinating in-store demonstrations, etc.
- Marketing
- Execute Tactical Plan to successfully launch new products and announce new locations.
- Develop and track KPIs to determine the success of individual strategies and overall performance
- Coordinate and execute in-store demonstrations
- Coordinate pop-up events to put our culinary expertise in front of consumers in new regional markets as our footprint expands
- Create relationships with influencers to gain market reach in strategic locations as products launch, footprint expands, or retail locations open
- Identify opportunities, develop budget, and manage content creation for paid social ads in partnership with social media freelancer
- Develop and execute SEO strategy to increase engagement, track and deliver on KPIs
- Produce regular blog posts using strategic language to generate timely and engaging content
- Coordinate with Table 22 to deliver a monthly eblast that includes add on opportunities for Provisions Packs along with any newsworthy content
Compensation:
This role starts with a base salary of $50,000-$55,000/year consummate with experience. Quarterly bonus opportunities have been designed to incentivize strategic growth initiatives.

Pay: $55,810.00 - $65,169.00 per year
