Primary role of Real Estate Agent Services Coordinator
Coldwell Banker Paradise, a member of The Schmidt Family of Companies, is seeking a full-time Agent Service Coordinator.
This position requires organizational skills, outstanding interpersonal skills and superior customer service, the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes in the work environment and a willingness to take on new challenges. The ability to work both independently and in a team environment is a must.
Preferred candidates will have a minimum 2 years experience in an office environment and embody our company core values of Integrity, Loyalty, Positive Outlook, Initiative, Collaboration and Servant Leadership.
Responsibilities will include the following:
· Provide exceptional service to our real estate agents to support them in their daily business
· Connecting our real estate agents to support resources in the company IE; marketing, sales, accounting, etc.
· Handling daily operations of the office as directed by the Sales Manager, including but not limited to, Listing Coordination, Closing Coordination, organizing filing systems, etc.
· Producing and updating MLS (Multi-Listing Service) listings to syndicate properties for sale
· Provide measurable reporting to the Sales Manager tracking sales, listings on market, etc.
· Multi-line phone system
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point). Passionate about technology and a willingness to learn. Bonus skill is proficiency in Social Media.
· Superior organizational skills, set priorities, meet deadlines, carefully proof work
