Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Security Consultant to join our team in Kingston, Ontario. As a Commercial Security Consultant, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base by identifying and securing new business opportunities. Your primary focus will be on offering our advanced alarm systems to businesses in Kingston and surrounding markets.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for Alarm Systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in businesses.
- Present and demonstrate Alarm Systems' products and services to prospective clients.
- Develop tailored security solutions to meet the specific needs of each client.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of security solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and closing strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and post-sale support to clients.
- Utilize a suite of sales software, including Hubspot CRM, Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Microsoft Outlook.
Qualifications:
- Clean criminal record
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the security, technology, or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of commercial security systems, including alarm systems and access control.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Knowledge of the Kingston, Ontario market and local business landscape.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.
