We’re Recourse Communications and we match top talent with top opportunities. As a Sales Consultant for our client, your primary function will be to generate new homes sales and manage closings. You will manage the conversion of traffic at their new home studio (where available) to buyers of new homes. You’ll also work to generate new traffic to the sales studios through networking, outreach to area real estate agents, and distributing flyers to the public. You should expect to assist the builder and buyers to ensure a great customer experience through the construction process and to continue maintaining a strong relationship with all buyers after closing. You’ll have the benefits of good people to work with, including a good marketing team that provides excellent marketing materials for the sales team! You’ll work in markets where the average price of homes is from $300K-$450K. And the company has an internal mortgage company.
About You
· High school diploma or GED
· 1-4 years of experience in inside sales; at least 1 year of outside sales experience
· Knowledge of residential homebuilding is a plus
· Valid Real Estate License not required;
· Outstanding verbal and written communication
· Proven ability to build relationships with realtors, influencers, and potential homebuyers
· History of meeting or exceeding sales goals
· Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented
