As a contractor on our team, you’ll identify new business opportunities, manage relationships, and meet sales targets. What You’ll Do:

Lead Generation: Network, cold calling , and find new clients through referrals and strategic outreach.
Presentations: Showcase our services with impactful demonstrations to win clients.
Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive long-term success.
Sales Goals: Meet or exceed monthly targets.
Market Insight: Stay on top of industry trends and competitors to spot new opportunities.
Sales Reporting: Provide regular updates and forecasts on your sales pipeline.
Team Collaboration: Work with marketing and sales teams to seamlessly execute strategies.
Customer Support: Address client questions and offer exceptional post-sale service.

Qualifications:

Experience: 1+ years in sales or a related field, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Languages: Proficiency in English required; French is a plus.
Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-driven, and a team player.
Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required).

Job Details:

Location: Ottawa, Canada
Job Type: Hybrid (On-site 15-20 hours per week)
Role Type: Contractor (4-month contract)
Hourly Wage: $14 CAD + Commission

Commission Structure:

As a contractor with AI Tax Consultants, you'll have the opportunity to earn commissions for bringing in new clients, whether corporate or individual. As a Sales Representative, you’ll earn a 10% commission on all business you bring in.

Example Earning: $1,000 in business = $100 commission
