Job Description

Job Summary:

As a Sales Engineer you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business by combining technical expertise with strong sales acumen. You will collaborate closely with our sales team to understand client requirements and design solutions that address their unique challenges. This position requires a dynamic individual who can effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Technical Expertise:
  • Develop a deep understanding of our services, solutions, and technologies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings.
  • Pre-Sales Support:
  • Work alongside the sales team to identify and understand customer needs.
  • Assist in the creation of compelling technical proposals and presentations.
  • Solution Design:
  • Design customized solutions that align with client requirements and business objectives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for product enhancements based on client feedback.
  • Product Demonstrations:
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase the value of our services.
  • Clearly articulate how our solutions address client pain points and drive business outcomes.
  • Customer Education:
  • Educate clients on the benefits and features of our services.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and propose tailored solutions.
  • Technical Documentation:
  • Develop Technical scope of work for the technical team and client facing proposals.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for products and services.
  • Create case studies and success stories based on client implementations.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the sales team to contribute to the development of effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and support, to ensure successful client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Continuous Learning:
  • Stay abreast of advancements in technology and industry best practices.
  • Pursue relevant certifications and training to enhance technical skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2+years of experience in a Sales Engineer or similar role, preferably within the MSP industry.
  • Strong technical background with expertise in [mention relevant technologies, e.g., IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud services].
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • Technical sales: 2 years (Preferred)

  • Hialeah, FL 33016: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hialeah, FL 33016
