SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:

Provide Administrative and Sales Support to the Existing Building Sales Team and the VP of Sales.

PRIMARY ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Working safely is our company s number one business objective.   • Act as Liaison for external customers, EBS Sales and Contracting parties in the company, assuring excellence in communications (written and oral) and customer service.
  • Assist in the creation of EBS proposals, estimates, and transition packages.
  • Assist Sales Team Leader, Inside Sales Engineer TL, & management team with projects as needed.
  • Attend occasional customer site visits.
  • Maintain Existing Building Sales Team unified filing system.
  • Organize and maintain sales proposals, documentation, and templates within the software system.
  • Perform a customer service role to internal customers, primarily EBS Account Managers and the Sales Manager.
  • Prepare gross margin reports for Account Managers and Sales Manager.
  • Provide the link between Sales and Service for the transition of Service Agreements, which includes keeping a Maintenance Agreement list and Sales Summary. Assist in preparation of the monthly transition meeting agenda and keep notes for the meeting if needed.
  • Receive and return calls, mail, and e-mail request from external and internal customers.
  • Update software system with order closures, lost quotes, pending quotes.
  • Review service reports for opportunities for quoted and pull through work.
  • Help complete and upload One Page Summaries into Tech Anywhere software.
  • Push Existing Building Sales team to propose and submit renewal paperwork in a timely manner.
  • Review service reports for accuracy and compliance against agreements.
  • Write and execute subcontracts when needed. Assist Service and Contracting Leaders as needed.
  • Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
  • Work to achieve HEP vision and mission. Assist other HEP offices and departments when called upon.

QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

High school, plus specialized schooling and/or on the job education in a specific skill area; e.g. data processing, clerical/administrative, equipment operation, etc. plus 3 years related experience and/or training. Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

State driver s license, auto insurance, auto registration, acceptable driving record.
