Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business to Business Sales professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving manpower sales growth by engaging with construction, manufacturing, and property management customers. The B2B partner works hand in hand with the Recruiters to align companies needs in providing top talent and high-quality staffing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Knowledge and aptitude of the greater Seattle, Shoreline, Everett and surrounding market areas regarding all industrial trades including but not limited to construction, manufacturing, property management and aerospace.
- Self-driven and results oriented, outside the box thinking skills with ambition to get the job done in a timely manner.
- Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills along with the ability to prioritize activities to ensure client satisfaction. Confident and strong ability to find win-win solutions!
- Develop and grow sales within an identified region and industries. Sells by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
- Build new business partnerships and support existing client relationships. Comfortable: with nurturing existing relationships and “cold call” prospective customers to develop new relationships.
- Traveling within an assigned sales territory to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers.
- Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by selling company products to new and existing customers.
- Developing and implementing an effective sales strategy to drive sales.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales.
- Perform administrative and computer duties that support the sales function and success of filling open positions.
- Confident with planning, organizing and ability to adapt practices to maximize productivity.
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
