Franchise Ramp is the premier "Facebook-First" Marketing Agency for Franchise Concepts. We were founded by two franchisees, Brian and Peter, who worked with countless agencies that didn’t get franchising and didn’t specialize in Facebook Ads - and had enough! They figured it out on their own and are now on a mission to bring these skills and capabilities to the leading franchise brands. We specialize in consumer service brands in the health, wellness and fitness industries.

We are seeking an organized, self-starter with excellent communication skills to add to our Franchisee Success Team. On our Franchisee Success Team your day will be dedicated to communicating with our Customers. Most of your time will be spent preparing for and holding zoom meetings with our Customers. Meetings include reviewing successes and (if necessary) problem-solving in order to bring more value to their Facebook, Instagram, and Google advertising spend. 3 years of Customer Success experience is required. Facebook Ads Manager or other marketing experience is strongly preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:

Customer Success (90% of Time):

  • Exceed our customer's expectations, every day by being NICE and HELPFUL
  • Conduct zoom meetings monthly with customers to discuss past results, lead conversions, upcoming campaign plans, and problem solve.
  • Review clients CRM to see conversion data and provide helpful insight into the lead process
  • On Average 5-6 hours a day will be spent in zoom meetings
  • Engage customers in upsell opportunities.
  • When campaigns are not meeting key performance metrics, work with our Account Management team to make changes.

Other (10% of time):

  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to brainstorm and troubleshoot opportunities.
  • Admin responsibilities- send billing changes into billing team
  • Manage business settings in Facebook Ads Manager and review performance metrics
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies.

Note: We have "Ad Account Managers" that will do the bulk of ad creation and implementation across all of the franchise locations we manage, but we expect our "Franchisee Success Managers" to have intimate knowledge of the Facebook Ads platform so that they can effectively make minor campaign changes and communicate our Digital Marketing strategy effectively to our clients.

Qualifications:

  • Must have 3 years of customer success experience
  • Marketing experience, specifically in Facebook Business Manager strongly preferred
  • Must love talking to people and helping them
  • Display critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Extremely goal oriented with a positive attitude and high energy
  • Ability to perform well with or without detailed directions
  • Must be able to work autonomously and within a team environment. This is a fully remote position. If you can’t manage your time effectively, you cannot succeed.

  • Experience in a digital marketing agency or the franchising is not required but highly desirable

Salary 55-60k (Paid Holidays, 3 weeks PTO, Health and Dental Insurance)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
