Superior Landscapes is searching for a highly motivated Strategic Account Manager to join our successful and rapidly growing sales team. This full-time office position serves a key role within our company as a point of contact for a strategic account. This Manager will be responsible for conducting a strong service relationship, primarily with one key client, by coordinating and updating customer required Apps and spreadsheets daily specific to various landscape management functions. Deliberate and consistent communication with team members throughout the state of Texas is required for success in this 0position.
Reporting to the Client Services Director, the successful candidate must have a genuine passion for delivering timely & accurate information and requires strong client and employee relationship skills. A basic knowledge of local plant materials and bilingual would be a benefit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain professional relationship with customers and subcontractor network
- Update customer required spreadsheets & Apps daily
- Communicate with team members across Texas on a daily basis to ensure accuracy of all reporting requirements
- Manage time schedule to ensure all daily tasks are complete
- An eye for detail and deliberate accuracy of work is required
