Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Account Manager to join our global team at Coin Nerds. The Account Manager will be instrumental in building and maintaining customer relationships, delivering exceptional service, and adapting to the dynamic nature of the cryptocurrency industry. This role involves leading the customer service team, efficiently processing customer transactions, and proactively managing customer complaints and feedback. The Account Manager will also ensure adherence to regulatory changes and contribute to the ongoing improvement of customer service quality.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the customer service team to ensure optimal customer satisfaction across all communication channels, including phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, E-Mail, and WeChat.
  • Maintain professional and timely customer interactions, managing all customer transactions with precision and care.
  • Analyze customer service performance metrics to identify and implement strategies that enhance the customer experience.
  • Proactively address and resolve customer complaints and feedback, aiming to continuously improve service quality and maintain customer loyalty.
  • Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory changes, demonstrating agility and strategic insight in the rapidly changing cryptocurrency market.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in customer service and account management, with a strong track record of high-quality customer relationship management.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • High adaptability and excellent decision-making abilities, with effective leadership in times of change.
  • Advanced problem-solving and creative thinking skills, with the ability to generate innovative strategies and solutions.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the cryptocurrency or financial services sector is advantageous.

Desirable Skills

  • Language proficiency in Arabic, Russian, Cantonese, Mandarin, or Vietnamese to effectively communicate with a diverse global clientele.
  • A strong understanding of KYC and AML regulations, with experience in customer due diligence or enhanced due diligence processes, ensuring comprehensive compliance and thorough customer vetting.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$106,051.82 per year

Expected hours: 45 per week
