Senior Director, Program Delivery

How You’ll Make an Impact:

Epsilon is seeking a Senior Director, Program Delivery to lead large-scale Loyalty and CRM implementations. The Senior Director will have extensive experience managing complex application development projects including database and digital technologies with external clients. The Senior Director, Program Delivery will establish and cultivate a culture of test and learn, continually identifying new ideas with an eye on improving the customer experience and business success metrics.

• Work together to win together: The Sr. Director, Program Delivery will report to the Vice President, Program Delivery, and will work closely with the Development team, the Business Analysts, Business Architect, Solutions Architect, Quality Assurance Manager, Project Manager, Client Engagement Lead, and the external Client team. This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of 2 days/week in office.
• Innovate with purpose: Epsilon is on a journey to productizing our offerings, and you’ll play a key role in this transformation. In this role, you will have ownership of large-scale Loyalty and CRM implementations.

What You’ll Achieve:

• Impact: You’ll have a seat at the table; you’ll partner with internal executives and external client executives while driving key Epsilon initiatives.
• Career Growth: If successful, the Sr. Director, Program Delivery may experience advancement to larger and more impactful implementations. Also, you may have an opportunity oversee and directly manage other Delivery Leads across multiple implementations.

Who You Are:

• What you’ll bring with you:
  • Knowledge of MarTech platforms and concepts
  • Strong experience within the SDLC; managing multiple and simultaneous development projects
  • 15+ years of industry experience of which 10 years of delivery leadership of complex projects
  • 7+ years of experience with .NET or Java software implementation from requirements through design, development, user acceptance, and post deployment is a strong plus
  • Must have proven experience in leading large system integration efforts through completion
  • Strong external client-facing background
  • Ability to estimate .NET or Java development work, if required, also validate outputs from the development team
  • Experience in managing global delivery team
  • Significant people management and team leadership experience
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences

  • BS in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent experience
  • Experience in Agile Program management is a strong plus
  • 3+ years of digital experience working with web, mobile/social channels
