Job Overview:
APS is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager at APS, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This is a key role within our organization and requires strong sales and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of customer relationship management and project management.
- Duties:
- Identify and target new business opportunities in the market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions for clients
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Track and report on sales performance metrics
- Skills:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field (Perfered)
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Project management skills to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
