Housing Consultant
We are seeking to hire a winning sales person who is customer savvy, detail oriented, and a great company representative to join our Housing Consultant Team. In this role, you will meet potential customers, thoughtfully work with them to select a new home and site improvements, and coach them through closing. You are the advocate for our customers and ensure all customer questions have been answered and the home of their dreams becomes a reality. Our Housing Consultants are passionate about -- and are very highly compensated for -- selling the highest quality Modular, Manufactured, and Tiny Homes. With hundreds of floor plans and customizations to choose from, the sales opportunities and earnings upside are endless!

We are the leading modular home dealership in a multi-state area with a 13-acre sales center that includes 60 fully furnished, decorated, and landscaped model homes. We also have our own in-house Finance Department, Construction Department and Service Department. We take care of everything so you can focus on successful customer engagements and closing great deals.
Base salary + unlimited commission + benefits (401K & health) = total package. Candidates must have a successful background in sales with at least 10 years of experience. Sales experience in residential or commercial real estate a plus!
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively identify customer's needs and assist in selecting the perfect home based on their desires and budget.
- Obtain credit reports and complete the required documents for submission to our Finance Department.
- Build a pipeline with leads from web, phone and in person meetings.
- Utilize CRM and Microsoft Office tools daily to track progress and activity.
Qualifications & Characteristics:
- Successful background in sales (Retail chain store sales/customer service excluded)
- General work experience of at least 5 years (this is not a “first job” position)
- Professional demeanor and appearance

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
