Overview:
The Director of National Accounts is responsible for the management and success of our national and regional carrier programs. This senior leader is responsible for successful on boarding and the development of revenue growth of these existing program clients. Partners with regional sales directors and develops strategies to expand the customer base in each sales region. Contributes to the development of process improvements that support; client satisfaction, sales and account management tracking, new product development and marketing strategies.

The pay range is $95,000 - 115,000
Responsibilities:
  • Develops business plans and strategy for each client to ensure successful implementations and increase market share.
  • Consistently monitor and reinforce success of all carrier program implementations
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with corporate level contacts
  • Present solutions to key influencers to drive compliance and new revenue growth
  • Partner with regional sales directors to achieve local and regional national client expansion goals.
  • Conduct annual Stewardship Business Reviews with key clients to identify areas to align with client needs and determine areas for growth
  • Coordinate with client relations to resolve client escalations
  • Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding sales performance.
  • Oversee and manage all account specific requirements; SLA’s, Account Set Ups, Billing, etc.
  • Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted
  • Partner with Operational Directors and Sales Analyst to identify and implement client satisfaction and sales tracking process and reporting improvements
  • Assist with training presentations for on boarding claim and legal offices
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
  • Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes, and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
  • Other Duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree or extensive sales and management experience preferred. 5-7 Years of experience in sales management.
  • Extensive experience in all aspects of Client Relationship Management.
  • Extensive experience in business development
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
  • Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
  • Must understand Sales process methodology and have ability to articulate comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and strong decision making.
  • Must use intuition and experience to effectively market the company’s services.
  • Ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations.
  • Demonstrate the ability to problem solve and develop alternative solutions when dealing with client issues or emotional topics.
  • Must be able to stay focused and concentrate under normal or heavy distractions.
  • Must be able to work well under pressure and or stressful conditions and possess the ability to manage change, delays, or unexpected events appropriately.
  • Ability to follow all company policies and procedures in effect at time of hire and as they may change or be added from time to time.
