Astoria in Tracy, CA, an Agemark Senior Living Community is hiring for a Senior Living Sales Consultant! Your next job as a Senior Living Sales Consultant will have you developing relationships in the community while promoting services to help establish and maintain occupancy levels.

  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy to achieve goals through relationship-selling
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales forecasts
  • Manage and track all leads to ensure they’re followed up within a timely manner with a lead tracking system and reporting data
  • Answer family inquiries, conduct personal visits, and give tours and information up to 7p or scheduled times. The flexibility of off-scheduled hours will be needed.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with current and prospective referral and payer sources
  • Build and monitor a positive perception of the building and operations as a high-quality provider in the local community within a 10-20 mile radius
  • Identify opportunities for additional or improved services to address customer needs
  • Experience in geriatrics, senior care, or healthcare for Seniors preferred
  • Associate degree in Business, Marketing, or Public Relations
  • Sales CRM and MS Office proficiency
  • Stay up to date with family members, care providers, social services, and other professionals to ensure successful placement and residency. Be involved with family events at the property
  • Receive, and record all reservation deposits and other fees related to marketing efforts
  • Oversee move-ins, orientation, and move-outs
  • Interact with a close-knit and respectful leadership team
  • Strong English communication skills are essential for seamless interaction with both residents and colleagues.
