RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDES:
- Main office is situated at: 1900 Merivale Road, Ottawa, ON
- Use prospecting strategies to lead high volume outreach activities to prospects and close deals
- Uncover potential opportunities with clients
- Build and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers based in designated territories
- Travel in the surrounding area to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers
- Use of Salesforce daily to enter all contact made with leads, accounts and opportunities
- Develop and implement an effective strategy to ensure market share increase and customer retention
- Maintain an accurate record of all leads contacted
- Collaborate with the marketing department to expand brand presence through the creation of suitable marketing materials
- Research competitors' products and pricing as well as market conditions
- Negotiate strategically with potential and existing customers to close sales
- Conduct customer follow up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer
- Determine the prospect's interest in [product/service]
- Achieve a set # of KPI’s for each day/week/month for both activities and sales.
- Meet/exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Expect to be at least 50% of the time facing clients on the road
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bilingual is an asset (English/French)
- Experience using Salesforce is an asset
- Previous sales experience is a must
- Drivers license (required) and clean driving record
- Must be over 25 years of age (bonafide requirement for insurance)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, non-stop environment while providing excellent customer service
- Ability to adapt to frequent changes of priority and complete job tasks
- Strong communication skills

Compensation
- 50,000 - 60,000/year
- Commission (uncapped) paid monthly

Salary: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
