As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Leader to join our team to deliver tangible revenue growth. The Sales Leader will be responsible for executing sales strategies, building long-lasting relationships with clients, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background and established network in the beauty industry with a proven track record in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base
  • Execute sales strategy to achieve and exceed Naturich’s revenue targets and growth objectives
  • Represent Naturich at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and services and develop new business opportunities
  • Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, including leading beauty brands, emerging companies, and retailers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, account management, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, preferred
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the beauty industry.
  • Strong understanding of the beauty contract manufacturing landscape and market dynamics
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients, attend events, and support sales activities
