Job Summary:

Upon completion of training, you will be equipped with everything you need to know about the industry we lead, the clients we serve, and our results driving the sales process. The Primary responsibility of the Client Relationship Manager is to secure and schedule meetings in partnership with our Client Success Management team. This is accomplished through the management of a pipeline of top industry leads that are provided daily. They work closely with the Client Success Managers to maintain communication about prospects, meeting times, closing strategies, and quality control of meetings booked. The Client Relationship Manager position exists as a pathway for advancement within the sales department. Client Relationship Managers are expected to learn, achieve consistent results, and then be evaluated for possible advancement to the Customer Success Manager role. Additional promotion opportunities exist within the sales department advancement path, including multiple levels of management and leadership roles.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Client Relationship Manager will secure and schedule meetings with prospective new customers
- The Client Relationship Manager will establish and nourish new relationships with prospects through phone, email, text, and networking applications
- Understand, meet, and exceed meeting setting targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Drive meeting show rate KPIs
- Coordinate with Director of Outbound Performance and VP of Sales on new ways to clear any roadblocks in the process
- Attend daily and weekly meetings, training, and feedback sessions with sales leadership
- Review companies and contacts assigned and source any missing info
- Properly document all client interactions
- Ensure all internal communication cycles are properly followed
- Maintain a high level of persistence and poise when faced with objections
- Well organized and able to maintain a pipeline that can be observed and converted into closed deals
- Present and conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A tremendous work ethic and desire to grow and succeed
- Exceptional phone prospecting skills
- Excellent verbal/written communication and presenting skills
- Excellent at building rapport and connecting with people
- Coachable and open to learning new processes in sales
- Open to growing rapidly
- Well organized and able to maintain multiple priorities at once
- Proficient with computers and programs such as Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel
- Dedicated to reaching and exceeding goals
- Previous B2B sales experience is a plus
Total Target Compensation:
Median Income $85,000+ /Top Performers Income $110,000+
Base Salary $45,000.00 ($21.63 per hour) plus commissions and bonuses
Base Salary, Commissions, and Bonuses are paid Bi Weekly
Additional Bonus Pool: $10K - Based on monthly performance targets
