WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Craft meticulously curated prospecting lists comprising key decision-makers within our target markets
- Serve as a charismatic brand ambassador and the initial point of contact for all potential stakeholders, embodying the essence and values of TPD in every interaction.
- Proactively scout for potential sales leads to bolster the Workforce team's pipeline, employing astute market analysis and innovative approaches.
- Secure outbound meetings for Workforce Managers through a multifaceted approach encompassing cold calling, email campaigns, strategic social outreach, and active networking within our target markets.
- Leverage the CRM system to its fullest potential by diligently following up on existing contacts, thereby uncovering new opportunities and addressing evolving client needs effectively.
