The Inside Sales Manager is a quota carrying individual responsible for driving lead generation and quota across the full sales lifecycle.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a small team of Sales Development Representatives to source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails to customers in assigned territory and outside of the territory in support of upsell / cross-sell opportunities
  • Understand customer needs and requirements and offering solutions and support
  • Lead a small team of inside sales representatives to close sales and achieve sales targets by leveraging MEDDPIC to qualify deals.
  • Answering potential customers' questions and discover their needs.
  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates
  • Manage the team to ensure healthy weekly activity: calls, leads, demos, and opportunity progression.
  • Personally manage a small book of opportunities to continue to refine sales approaches and deliver against quota.
  • Manage the team to maintain and expand your database of prospects within their assigned territory
  • Improve and maintain CRM account information for accurate accounts, opportunities, and contacts.
  • Coordinate closely with the VP of Demand Gen to build and continuously improve on cadences to drive lead creation.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience with B2B software sales with track record of overachieving quota and 1+ year leading other sales representatives.
  • Previous experience as a Business Development Representative in an outbound environment.
  • Impeccable organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage your own time
  • Experience coaching and developing team members to drive opportunities and close sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
  • Motivated, driven and results-oriented
  • Work in a fast pace, professional environment
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
