Riverside Chevrolet is looking for a highly motivated and talented Detail Manager. Applicants should be able to meet the busy schedule of our Vehicle Detail department. You will be responsible for making sure that all vehicles are cleaned inside and out before being delivered to our customers in a timely manner with customer requests completed to their full satisfaction. Responsibilities:

Clean and refurbish new and used vehicles prior to delivery to customers, including steam cleaning carpets, cleaning windows, buffing, and polishing vehicles as needed.
Inspect all units thoroughly.
Maintain our dealership's standard of excellence in quality and service.
Maintain the proper function of all tools and equipment.
Report any damage to the supervising manager.
Maintain shop capacity, efficiency, and productivity.
Identify and communicate opportunities to enhance workshop productivity and efficiency to Dealership Management
Inspect finished product thoroughly and report any discrepancies to the Sales Manager prior to vehicle delivery.
Directing, training employees, and holding them accountable
Monitor the availability of Detailers and inform the Management on absences or delays.
Troubleshooting and preventing maintenance issues
Enforce company policy and procedures.

Requirements:

3+ years related detailing experience.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Frequently manage deadlines.
Ability to set effective, efficient time schedules.
Ability to prioritize workflow.
Desire to exceed customer expectations.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
The ability effectively responds to and meets the needs of a diverse client base.
Precise attention to detail
Valid driver's license and good driving record
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
