This is NOT a virtual or remote position. Our office is located on-site,at a beautiful location enjoying minimal traffic and an easy commute to the Germansville/New Tripoli, PA. area.

A Few of the Responsibilities Include:

  • Project managing customers' Sales orders and order details.
  • Processing estimates.
  • Educating customers by providing solutions and knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments.
  • Communicating and coordinating with engineering, production and the sales team as necessary.

Experience and Skills:

  • Previous experience in Sales or working with custom kitchen designers, architects and/or interior designers is a plus
  • Demonstrated Customer Service, Education and Solution Selling skills
  • Active listening phone skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strict attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively within teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word) and willing to learn additional information systems and/or software
  • Skilled in Email communication, particularly Outlook.
  • Previous experience reading drawings/diagrams a large plus.
  • Previous experience with QuickBooks also a large plus.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
